Aunt Bebe's Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie Recipe

  • 1 package (16.5 oz) Nestle's Chocolate Chip Cookie dough
  • 1 quart premium ice cream
  • Top Hat Hot Fudge Sauce or Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

Soften cookie dough 10 to 15 minutes, until easy to handle, then press into 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 about 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted at bottom edge comes out clean. Cool completely

Soften ice cream and fill pie crust; refreeze until serving time. Let pie stand at room temperature about 5 minutes; slice with
a knife dipped in hot water. Drizzle pie slices with sauce and serve.

Makes 8 servings.
