- 1 10 oz. jar Top Hat Butterscotch Sauce
- 4 firm bananas
- 1 tablespoon dark rum, or to taste
- 8 scoops good quality vanilla ice cream
Peel bananas and cut in half. Slice halves lengthwise. Pour Butterscotch Sauce and rum into skillet and mix. Add bananas in single layer. Simmer over medium heat until bananas begin to soften, about 2 to 3 minutes.
For each serving, spoon 2 banana pieces and sauce over ice cream.
